These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and lala33 ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the lala33 website located at https://lala33.cam and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). 3.3 Jurisdictional Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of Indonesia and any other jurisdiction that may apply to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service complies with applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

3.5 Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold only one Account with lala33. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. If we discover that you have opened multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets, and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with duplicate Accounts.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information including but not limited to:

• Date of birth demonstrating you meet the minimum age requirement
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password

4.2 Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password not used for other online services
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify lala33 of any suspected or actual unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public devices

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

lala33 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations and security measures, we require all users to complete identity verification. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID/KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or Account functionality. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks at our discretion.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

lala33 accepts deposits through various payment methods commonly used in Indonesia, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for specific promotions. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

You warrant that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and belong to you. lala33 reserves the right to refuse deposits or request additional documentation regarding the source of funds to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled or the bonus forfeited
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name
• The withdrawal method should ideally match the deposit method for security purposes

Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for verified Accounts during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts may require additional verification and take up to 24-48 hours.

5.3 Fees and Charges

lala33 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Withdrawals of unplayed deposits may be declined or subject to administrative fees. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze Accounts pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

lala33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated in the promotional offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible users who meet specified criteria
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless otherwise specified
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met
• Abuse or exploitation of bonuses may result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus"). Only real money wagers count toward wagering requirements; bonus funds do not contribute unless explicitly stated.

Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots typically contribute 100%
• Table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) typically contribute 10-20%
• Sports betting contributes based on odds (minimum odds requirements may apply)

6.3 Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and suspend or terminate Accounts if we determine that bonus terms have been abused. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses
• Betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms
• Using automated systems or bots to wager bonus funds

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before submission. We reserve the right to void bets placed in error, bets affected by technical malfunctions, or bets placed on events where the outcome was already known.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, including football leagues such as BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Champions League, and international tournaments:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be void unless otherwise specified
• Live in-play betting odds fluctuate in real-time based on game events

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer broadcasts to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. 7.4 Technical Issues

In the event of technical errors, game malfunctions, or communication failures, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All malfunction voids pay and play.

8. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location
• Colluding with other users or engaging in fraudulent betting patterns

• Engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing activities
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
• Attempting to hack, breach, or gain unauthorized access to our systems

Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, data, and other materials available through the Service are owned by lala33 or our licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lala33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration laws. 12. Account Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance for 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant and closed.

12.2 Termination by lala33

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time
• Your Account has been inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination was due to fraud or Terms violation. Otherwise, legitimate balances will be returned after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

13. Modifications to Terms

lala33 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, platform notification, or prominent posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any modification, you must cease using the Service and close your Account.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
